heath-raven provides vehicle rental services across major Australian cities. We offer various vehicle categories for short-term and extended rental periods. All rentals are subject to availability and driver eligibility requirements.

When you submit a booking request through our website, you are making an offer to rent a vehicle under these terms. Your booking becomes binding once we send you a confirmation email.
Pricing displayed on the website is current at the time of browsing but may be subject to change. The price confirmed in your booking email is the final binding price.
You may cancel or modify your booking without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day's rental.
Payment is processed at the time of vehicle pickup. We accept major credit cards. A security deposit will be authorized on your credit card and released within 7-14 business days after the vehicle is returned in acceptable condition.

All rentals include basic insurance coverage with a standard excess amount. Additional coverage options are available to reduce or eliminate the excess. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period up to the applicable excess amount.
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. You must return the vehicle with a full tank. If returned with less fuel, you will be charged a refueling fee plus the cost of fuel at our standard rate.
Vehicles must be returned to the agreed location by the specified return time. Late returns may incur additional daily rental charges. If you anticipate being late, contact us immediately to arrange an extension.
You must report any accident or damage to the vehicle immediately, regardless of fault. Failure to report incidents may result in full liability for damages and invalidate insurance coverage.
You are responsible for all traffic fines, parking tickets, and toll charges incurred during the rental period. An administrative fee will be charged for processing violations on your behalf.
All content on heath-raven.com, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
We provide vehicles in good working condition, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from vehicle breakdowns, delays, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your rental will be governed by Australian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
